Back Order Policy

1. Backorders are opened for sold out items and are usually available during the stipulated timeframe only.

2. There will be an estimated stock arrival date for all backorder items. We apologize that there may be delays for the backorder items due to unforeseen circumstances during the shipping process. If the exact stock arrival date is later than the date that we have estimated, we will inform via private massage.

3. NO refunds will be issued once payment for the backorder has been made, regardless of reason.

4. NO exchange for Back Order items. Please double confirm the size and color you want to place order.

5. We will ship together if your order consists of both in-stock & preorder item.
