If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Clearance / Sales Item strictly no return and refund.

2. Back order clothes strictly no refund. Unless item defective.

3. Returns can only made one time per order.

4. Return & refund only allow within 5 days of receiving your parcels.

5. Return & refund item must be in the original condition unused, unwashed and unworn condition, with all original tags/labels attached. Any criteria that don't meet by the item will be denied.

6. Exchange higher price or add on more clothes (Top Up). Exchange lower price strictly no cash refund

7. Unless the item is defective, shipping fees for the return item should be borne by customer, including the postage for the next shipment. You may put RM8/RM14 postage in your return parcel. 

8. Before you return, please send us a photo of the item.
